The final of an 18 month series of eclipses along the Capricorn Cancer axis completes on Sunday, July 5th in the sign of Capricorn at 13 degrees opposition Mercuryrx and trine Uranus.  The Penumbral Lunar Eclipse is exact at 6:30 a.m. EDT and it's duration lasts for 2 hours and 45 minutes.  The Eclipse is visible over North and South America, and Africa.

If we view astrology as a reflection, rather than casual event of the human experience, the signature of this personal and subjective awareness is focused strongly on events relating to these continents.  One of many possible themes includes: the signature of past decisions (Mercury retrograde) playing out on the current timeline, revealing heightened COVID spread in both the United States and Brazil.  The trine to Uranus can readily equate to freedom and money themes, as well as entertainment and leisure pursuits.

The Eclipse occurs in the United States 1st house of public opinion, public consciousness and the psychology of the masses (Moon energy) and directly opposes the US Sun  in the 7th house of international relations, foreign powers, enemies and leadership (Sun energy).  The European Union will make public on July 1st the list of countries placed under travel restrictions into their collective countries.

The Eclipse highlights and reveals government and institutional influences, decisions and motivations.  Capricorn symbolizes developments with your career, life plans, authorities and figure heads.  Retrograde Pluto and Jupiter are once again in conjunction aspect at 24 degrees of Capricorn through July 12th highlighting excesses within power structures, governments and systems of belief, as well as a sense of internal renewal and rebuilding.

Capricorn is the architect of one's reality formed by ongoing emotions and thoughts.  Pluto can deepen in a shamanistic and transformative manner the power of your spiritual focus and intention.  November will birth this new chapter of opportunity when Pluto and Jupiter, now direct, make their final conjunction.
